and actually toxic work environment is only 1 of many reasons people resign and people won't just resign because of one
it's usually multiple

from low salary to almost no salary increment to zero career advancement to toxic workplace to bad superior and/or boss

if your job ticks at least 2...u already have a reason to resign

OT got pay or not different story i didn't include is because u can choose NOT to OT if they're not paying but if they force u to thn that's another reason to resign

which in most cases they are...which made people leave
they leave because the person that's toxic in that workplace is here to stay/permanent
