Cannot entirely blame the older gen. They (the India origin) were brought in by british plantation owners. What happen after estate ownership changed hands and what failed to cease (their estate housing, their aminities ie place of worship) with their employment with the estates is today's result.

The then estate workers (old gen) has this 'adverse possession' mind in them. So they stayed on thinking.

I think they need to understand between land ownership, structure approval, land kebenaran kegunaan and temple registry.

Even the temple (chinese temple included) is registered but you don't own the land, land kegunaan not approved, building plan not approved, you still need to bring the registered temple operation elsewhere valid.

Not exactly. If the temple is old, there's always something called pemutihan to make sure all the plans are approved. Usually it involved a aku janji and majlis and local authorities will not be liable for anything that happens later like collapse, fire etc.

So the mainnnnn point is always the land. That is something that cannot be white washed, they need to own the land the current owner need to be wiling to sell the land lol

Yes, land ownership is important or at least get a rent grant (black & white) from the land owner. If you dont own the land or any documents to back up, the land owner with the legal documents can do whatever they want.

Since when facilities provided by employer to employees need to be retained and transfered to ex employees?

Example if my employer provided me with house accomodation and surau at company facility, can i ask for the surau to be retained and transfer to me and my colleagues? And we also want to stay at our company accomodation also for free

You not the employees of the said company anymore. You cannot ask for ownership of the company facilities.

I ask you again. Show me any evidence where the ex employee can continue to stay or use company provided facilities even after they not employed or the company ceased operation
