Since when facilities provided by employer to employees need to be retained and transfered to ex employees?

Example if my employer provided me with house accomodation and surau at company facility, can i ask for the surau to be retained and transfer to me and my colleagues? And we also want to stay at our company accomodation also for free

Can ah?

Sorry why there is special case where it ‘failed to cease’ ? This does not written in any law

You not the employees of the said company anymore. You cannot ask for ownership of the company facilities.

I ask you again. Show me any evidence where the ex employee can continue to stay or use company provided facilities even after they not employed or the company ceased operation
