Xiaomi 17 trying to get attention i suppose, but based on the latest trolling xiaomi 17 videos from youtube, it seems more people having software issue and glitches on their hands on, with some device failed to operate (bootloop) during a livestream.

Guessed they better spend another 100 Millions on optimize the software. the secondary screen is a headache, especially when it can't be use until you unlock the primary screen

Need to correct you here a bit, the secondary screen can be used without unlocking or waking the main screen. U can double tap to wake or off the rear screen and use it for cameras and etc. no software issues either from my end.

Anyone facing issue for their 15T pro "double tap to wake/lock" not working? I'm using this function in my previous android but now my 15T pro not working so frustrating..

Setting stated work on classic or limitless theme for turn off. Double tap wake up working.

DTTL Not working since HyperOS 1.0. Only DTTW is working...

I'm same as you. Can't justify buying phone more than 3K but since phone price is increasing I'm up my limit to 3.5k. I think i will wait for the price to drop.I'm also exploring other option too.

From home screen only Poco launcher got DTTL

From lock screen both Xiaomi/redmi and Poco can do DTTL as long as stock lock screen theme used (including stock hyperos customisation from settings > personalization)

Nah they just try to do extreme gpu stress test like 3d mark one which is a bit far for reality situations (for most gatch games, actually these are mostly CPU bound)

The silicon lottery for 3nm based chip is also actually real, the actual performance difference from different units can be around 10-20%


And btw according to insider news, Xiaomi 17 pro/pro max with back display will be China mainland exclusive. Next year global will be vanilla 17 and 17 ultra as is in 15 series/14 series

Totally agree , the first video he shared even show the temperature is lower than previous xiaomi 15 pro during genshin impact test lol.
