tbh i'm not sure to buy either this or poco f7 ultra because of chipset. I like snapdragon but 15t pro has superior camera

Depends on you want the Xiaomi bud not and how urgent you want the phone. Buy now got free gift, buy later few months, price sure drop n no free gift. 😂

4 year is more than enough lo nowaday , most of the user just change the phone every 2-3 year, unless u are uncle that mou use the same phone for 5 year. Life short , and phone nowaday have alot of offer , dont limit yourself for such fast technology , already 2025 stil stay on 2015 mindset?

I really tired of heard 5 year 6 year 10 year of OS update, i always tell ppl , THE BEST OS IS ALWAYS THAT COME OUT OF BOX WITH THE PHONE , nothing else

My fren who using 14pm , 15pm , already complain battery super drain after go to ios26 , they wish that they could just stay on ios18 for life , and most of them also plan to change phone for 17 series or 18 , battery degrade too after 3 year of usage. Give 6 year also nothing , no feeling at all , boring of listening those future proof thing. Even MKBHD agree with this.


Stop thinking for future or too far , and stop thinking those promising , because u wont get good experience even the company offer u until 6 7 8 9 10 os update. All is bullshit.

This year , the iphone 17 look really good , because alot of PRO feature now given to the base model , suddenly the ip17 look promising.

But cant deny that , the iphone17 stil have the smallest battery , light usage , yes stil good enough , but when u need outdoor usage , with high brightness , recording video and shooting camera , the battery will drop like no tomorrow , can't deny that iphone 17 is good spec this year , the xiaomi 17 with 8Elite gen5 battery life quite powerful too this round , xiaomi phone might not be great price when launching , but i believe at least after 3 month , they will be easily drop to a more reasonable price.

Yup for normal user i17 is good enough. Everything was good except battery, slow charging and lack of telephoto cam. It should be easily last a day for normal user as 🍎 battery efficiency was the best. Under same battery capacity, 🍎 will last longer. It will be interesting to see how android set their price moving onward, if too high people will go for i17 instead.

The problem with Xiaomi this generation is the marketing. Their launch presentation is basically about apple. It was mentioned more than their own brand. Moreover they purposely copy the name..... CEO or marketing director who come out with this idea should be fired. Because of what they do, It's embarrassing for the user to said I am using Xiaomi 17 pro max 🤦. Nothing wrong with the phone but marketing was suc....

Market will speak themselves, see how much they sold at the end after launching, I don't think they can sell it except with super mega promotion.

Maybe u use your own "feeling" again to feel the market , but did u know xiaomi already become a 热搜 (top hot search) after everyone know they gonna change the name and directly pointed to this year iphone 17 pro / max ?? I don't agree with it. People talk more about it is true but in a good/bad way? Time will tell. It's not the first time, china make phone bluff about how good their phone or how good their sales is. 遙遙領先 for example but is it true? Everyone got their own answer.

Anyway opinion is subjective and it's fine. Not everyone will think the same as me. For me I won't even consider their mi17. Yes it's a hot topic but not in a good way.

Maybe u are blind didnt see the screenshot i share on up there , the sales > talk u talk so much no use , the sale number already show the talk. Or u dont read chinese? u can use google translate to understand it
