I hope that SDP will consider building a covered walkway to the LRT station and Subang PARC to fully leverage this development. A sheltered pathway would provide safer and more convenient access, protecting commuters from harsh weather conditions such as heavy rain and extreme heat. Additionally, it would encourage greater use of public transportation, helping to reduce traffic congestion and promote a more sustainable, eco-friendly community. Despite its potential benefits, there is no mention of this initiative on their website. I believe incorporating this feature would significantly enhance connectivity and improve the overall quality of life for residents and visitors alike.

lands along the stretch of ss16 until subang olives are all commercial titled . all condos here are svc apartments . so it must be serviced apartment. u see lot15 la not many commercial activities also. plenty of empty lots

No choice, land too small to build link hse n too many malls around. Sdp mau maximize profits.

D premium condo will be near lrt stn
