I was told it will be 900+ units for this phase. There will be total 3 phases along the SJCC piece of land. There will be no longer low density development after Teja. By the way, the land opposite Nu Empire Subang will have another development on its way by 2026. It will be a mixed development by SpeedMart 99...consists of hotels, condo, office and retails.

Wonder when they are launching E2 or E3?

thinking to get the small one for investment, any view? Not sure if it would be hard to rent with so many options along that stretch of road

Sime Darby is a joke.

They advertise TOD development and constantly talk about "SJCC" and building a boulevard retail in front of the LRT station.

From the looks of it, they are just slowly building residential for all their remaining land at SS16 area while telling lies about some imaginary master plan.
