They advertise TOD development and constantly talk about "SJCC" and building a boulevard retail in front of the LRT station.

From the looks of it, they are just slowly building residential for all their remaining land at SS16 area while telling lies about some imaginary master plan.

but their SAMM is near the TNB there, dont know live long will be Alien or not. hahaha

Was given a quote RM 1,276,597 for a 1435 sq ft unit after all rebates.  Worked out to be RM889 psf. Too ambitious pricing.
Then they only give 1 tandem carpark. High density with 926 units. Pro is near train station. Easily rentable.  Con is this place would be very congested.

They say 2 car parks...then I ask further, they say tandem.
Then I went to Amika, they also give 1 tandem + 1 normal carpark for 1227 sq ft. 

Looked like tandem is normal these days as unit density get higher.

Tandem carpark no need extra lane, so save lane space which can be as wide as 12 ft wide. Husband and wife use 2 car parks. Tandem one used to park Sunday car 

Not SJCC.

haha yeah but I literally applied without expecting anything sekali dapat haha but the unit I got also ok la Block B corner. Block A is the one near the sub station.
