Anyone pre order from Telco already received the phone?

Delivered from tracking from courier or samsung?

after contacted samsung, they said this

"As per checked, I would like to inform you that your pre-order is under preparation for handing over your package to DHL for delivery arrangement. Rest assured that once your order is ready for shipping, our courier partner will be sharing the tracking details with you for your reference.
However we are providing early deliveries from 10th February batch by batch following our T&C for the Pre Order."

"Now it may showed as "Delivered" for prepare invoice. Once the order is already picked up the courier you will receive a notification"

Have you check dhl website tracking status?

From my past experience, SES opt order you will not see the tracking number.
You can either call Samsung or online chat (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm) to get the tracking number.

I ordered 30 Jan, now out for delivery. Need to wait till Monday to check the tracking number.
Or call the SES to check if they received.

Thanks for your advice. This time I opted for pick up from ses. But let see others if they start getting DHL tracking, I bet ses also will start receiving the parcel. I think next week will get it.

Btw, anyone got accessories purchase where status changed to out of delivery? I bought case and screen protector separately in different order but status still processing order.

I never belive their talk. Same answer I get... they told me got glitch problem on their system. Nothing will deliver during pre order period. And asked me to check after pre-order period. Just listen.

I think the package is already otw... just unlucky due to cny... many delays in between...

The responses are probably SOP response... and to be on the safe side so they dont give customers any expectations that it will arrive earlier than expected...

Safer for them to say Feb 10 onwards instead of something like... "yes dhl already collected the parcel and you can expect delivery by coming Wednesday"...

I think Monday we will see some progress or movement...

Per all past preorder experiences, when the system show out of delivery, the DHL tracking always available for tracking within the same day. Even last year we clash with Thaipussam holiday in the middle of the week, thing still moving except the public holiday. This year they really screw up!

I'm torn about getting between S24 Ultra or S25 Plus, with the price of latter about 300 to 400 more expensive.

The reason I'm attracted to S25 Plus is its rounded corners, as I used Note series for 2 generations already, a bit bored with the boxy design. But with the price reduction of S24 Ultra, logical thinking says S24 Ultra has better value for the money spent.

Need some opinions here, thanks!

I will go for the S24 Ultra since it's superior compared to S25 Plus. Still got another 6 years of software updates 👍🏻👍🏻

Previously I mentioned my Shopback tracked wrongly, now the correct amount is being updated. Total RM 274.52 (5.5%)

Status : delivered

But never received it...😅

Anyone got same status as mine?
