Why you guys so noob to give Samsung RM 100 for a voucher for a Fon that's sure to price drop like rain within a few months time. This time pre order like nothing special yet Samsung got the guts to charge rm100 for a voucher that was given Free the years before this year

Of course they will check thoroughly for fault before changing. If faulty then they will change for me. My Note 10 plus USB port kaput from sweating battery kaput charge few times daily camera module also kaput cos I put it on my scooter Fon holder that was vibration from the road pot holes

just tell them your battery doesnt last long and request for a battery change. no issue with gardens and pyramid SC

Of course surelah, abuden lying on CNY bad karma you know.

My Note 10+ USB spoiled cos I sweat a lot. Cannot super fast charging. Battery spoiled cos I charge few times daily. Camera module spoiled cos of vibration from my scooter Fon holder from the uneven road conditions. All changed for me FOC by SC. No questions asked. Now my Note 10+ conditions like brand new but because exynos 4G modem signal is very bad indoor. I no longer use it. Sometimes used as an alarm clock with AOD always on only

Mine also they didn't track at first.

I reported, then tracked as 1%.

I reported again that it should be 3.5% for purchase on 25th Jan from Edu Store (upsize + Shopback+ membership), they rectified again.

All this happened within 24 hours, resolved on the first day of CNY.

5% for 23rd of january. report to shopback for missing cashback. mine is now 5%, was 1.8% tracked
