i had both deliver to house and send to SES...

deliver to house use Skynet tracking, not DHL...

deliver to SES no tracking usually...

just bought something few months back, no tracking number also...

just randomly the status says Ready for pickup...

but if today by 4pm still not delivered means after CNY already...

Almost 3pm... after CNY it is... can forget about waiting liao...

Received imei number in my order page. But no tracking number. Could be pick up from ses and no tracking will be provided.

Mine stay in "awaiting parcel handover to DHL" >24 hours already. no pick up.

I think most member here mentioned have to wait for more than 24 hours to get pick up.

Haih really bad luck....Sommore next week whole week need to go outstation, cannot collect my phone also. Reason why i pre ordered is because my phone already rosak dy, I ordered during the galaxy unpacked event. Now no choice have to tahan 1 more week without any phone. Not sure whats the purpose of holding my phone until 10th feb when the phone itself already arrived this afternoon.

My DHL tracking show delivered since 4 oclock. But when I call the SES, first they said havent arrive. Then i said tracking show arrived, then they change their sentence said have to till 10th Feb only can collect, arrive early also no use....... Really regret choosing SES as my pickup point....

From my last experience of finger print vs screen protector is redo the finger print after apply screen protector.

mine is okay...

i did press harder around the bottom part (fingerprint area) when i did the installation...

i can just light tap and it detects my fingerprint...

perhaps you can try to reinstall...

im using the same glass from ringke...
