Base on my pass experience with exynos the chip really shit one🤣.

Note 2, phone heat up practically all the time if you're using, poor reception, laggy after few months of use.

Kasi chan went with note 4, same shit🤣. Left samsung for china phone with SD.

The decided to come back. Since my wife a73 is pretty decent(SD chip) and One UI is like life changing. But I bodo go buy s21fe with exynos chip thinking maybe Samsung finally get their shit together with newer gen exynos. But deng it same shit altogether again. Plus a green line after a year plus since the phone heat up on almost every ocassion.

But I just ordered an S25 base model since I like the size and the one ui from experience with s21fe. Switch to honor magic 6 pro but I miss one ui.😅

My S25 Ultra dead, can't turn on, charging doesn't show status bar, volume up / down + side button doesn't work, wireless charging doesn't vibrate the phone
Going to service centre tomorrow
What if, the technician cannot secure my data in my phone?
Need advise, need the phone ASAP, it's my life (Business data)

That the reason why for business phone , always set the whatsapp backup daily or at least weekly by default , then store photo on google photo , save contact automatic to gmail , and save important PDF at the google drive.

If phone gone. No worry , once login gmail , everything will just sync back , the google service is super good why not fully utilizing it 🙂‍↕️

Back up your phone data using the Smart Switch app on your PC regularly, and restore it whenever needed.

I only want cheaper phone exynos or not... but guess Samsung didnt get the notice. I dont really mind Exynos since I wont be gaming with my Samsung phone with their slow ass charging. Just good enough for work usage and online banking.

Just dont like paying a premium for exynos because it should be cheaper with their own manufacturing. Samsung need to back down to RM3k to their entry level S series.

don't buy Samsung phone on release unless the preorder is attractive. They drop price very fast. I bought my S25U 512GB for just 4.7k on March this year (phone was launched on January)

For Entry S (6.2) model i agree. MSRP on higher side just because it targeting at apple base iphone of the time but spec not as attractive even Chinese manufacturer like Xiaomi/vivo has already fight back with more attractive spec, Google pixel with periscope telephoto even on base model (if able to ignore even shitter tensor GPU chip)

So best strategy is to wait for discount/deals few months down the line like I did got for below 2.5k for base s25 last month

My friend’s S24U 512GB phone fell into water and couldn’t turn on. It had tons of business data, photos, and files.
Samsung service centre 1utama and Sunway pyramid said they couldn’t fix it. But after writing multiple letters and including using special card, they sent it to a third-party repair team. That team recovered 100% of the data, fixed the phone, and it’s still working till today

depends, i also got mine for 4.7k in January with preorder, 4999 - extra 250 from shopback (but delayed cashback, still got it back in the end)

if i had utilized samsung wallet since 2022, i would've gotten this phone even cheaper than 4750. lol.

Yeah if collecting using samsung wallet then every year is RM720 equivalent discount. Use your phone for 3 years, then when time to change you get RM2160 off the new phone.

Note 1 - 5 I don't really care what hardware it came with since the firmware is also shitty. I cooked my own firmware and it live longer and better. After they introduced KNOX and start the Samsung Pay program on 5 we can still reset the knox. Come the blow up 7, this shit is no longer ok. Even if I cooked my own firmware. The knox fuse stopping some so called secure apps working and Samsung with it shitty decision decide to not sharing the source code to their firmware. I still stay up until now because... well I use Samsung Pay heavily. It's like my main payment tools and all its top device after that are using snapdragon. If they change it on s26 haih... It will be a heartbreak.

Strange that you hate Note 2. Back then Samsung was the one pushing Android ahead by introducing dual core than hard push to quad core. Samsung even beat tsmc and hence we had the fiasco with Snapdragon 810 overheating with tsmc 20nm while Samsung has no problem with their 14nm.

Samsung downfall is their custom mongoose core. At first it seems okay.. they are doing what Qualcomm was doing which is to save power and generate less heat. Then starting with M3, they wanna go head to head with Apple thus create big core which ultimately become their downfall.
