Yes agreed. They maybe good in treating patients but majority of them sucks in bussiness sense. I worked in pharma sales and covers GP clinic and definitely can attest to that.

And panel delaying or skipping payments is actually pretty common already. What some of my doctors do is block all the patients under that panel until they clear of the payments. Since the patients will complaint to their company and within few weeks they will receive their payments.

need help here! just found out after 1 year plus that one healthcare panel that used to be a good payor, is now owing our clinic 43k ringgits in total over span of more than a year. it was my mistake failing to check their payments as they constantly send some emails, but i only realised those are just invoices and no actual payment being done since june 2024. even june 2024 they were paying for august 2023 and missed out the payments for apr, may and june 2023 invoices.

despite calling their customer service line, they kept pushing back the responsibility to the finance department which is only reachable via email. and of course, the email no replies at all. there is also rumours saying some actually went to their office in subang, the office was actually empty!!

i need help here, how to claim back the 43k ringgit from them, hopefully before they chaplap       
i believed im not the only victim here. medical, dental and optical peeps, lets stay united and claim back the money from them! iykyk!

I personally think that LOD is just a waste of money (free money to the lawyer) @ RM300+ a piece and ended up straight into the dustbin.

Many years ago an organization owe about RM10k, I issued LOD didn't manage to recover the amount, I did a search and the lawyer told me that entity actually had bankrupt. I'm not sure how an entity that's bankrupt still got staff working in the office and student go in/out on daily basis. Maybe they got few entity, they used the company that's bankrupt to contact this kind of cheat, knowing not many will go to the extend to do company profile check for small amount trade and use other company to conduct their daily business.

In the end, I walk in to their office told the purchaser I was there to repossess goods that I supplied due to no payment and on the same day I receive back the full payment they owe.

u should see gen z doctor. I went to clinic last month, suspect of dengue. Went to see doctor, doctor asked what happen, i told him my symptom, then I saw he directly type my symptom into google. I decided to called him out, he simply say he is just merely human being, he dont remember a lot of stuff and need to re-study from time to time, hence the googling.

Economy now is quite good now, probably you can give him time to pay you back, maybe just make a settlement with that panel

I had terrible experience with them, where my previous employer engaged with them as our employee insurance panel

They took 2 months couldn't even generate a GL for me, and keep telling me it was hospital side unable to use their system.

With much effort I only got my GL , 2 hours before doing my surgery in the hospital.

How i did that was putting my handphone with speaker, together with the customer support of the hospital and Hellmetrics support walking through their system on how to submit a GL form, and finally we found it was the bug on their system, and the Hellmetrics support asked me to pay first claim later or postpone my surgery appointment until their developer fix the bug.

Best part, I was the one told them hello please use email or fax, then only they proceed with my GL.

I usually avoid franchised clinic, like Med*veron, Klinik S*ti, Klinik An*da, Al*m Medic, and others. Those clinic punya doctors all there for the money only, and the medicine they gave us generic, most of the time just rubbish. Nowadays I support all those old, small clinic. Most of the time the doctors really take care of the patients because the name of the clinic and their name is on the line.

Hospital also same. I went to check my nose last week at Sunw*y Hospital, the doctor just say "we try this spray, next month come again, if not working, we try another one. We have a lot of spray to try." while pointing at trays of nasal sprays. Then charge me RM800 for that. Dah la I become guinea pig, have to pay lagi.

Nasal always feel congested ? Easy to get irritated? And always leaking water ?

I also got kena this. Also buy very expensive spray, fluxinase or something, got steroid one with antihistamine..
End up, my solution is

Makan cholesterol pill
Use air filter inside the house
Open aircond to dry mode to lower down in house humidity
Use a saline water pump rinse, can get in pharmacy. The one i am using is neilmed..
Do lymphnode massages on my own.. back of neck, armpit, below the collarbone..

No. During 2020, I got into accident and broke my nose. I didnt went to hospital at that time because of PKP, I dont want to get quarantine or anything. So I just left it as it is. Fast forward, the broken soft bone inside my nose is blocking the pathway, and mucus accumulate there. So i need the doctor to clear the mucus, and maybe repair my nose because it is crooked at the bridge. Bugger only gave me nasal spray.

Actually this is owner punya fault, put every transactions as paid even though havent received any money from the panels. I ady tegur before but he insisted to do this coz he doesnt like to see overdue payments in the list and got no time to trace back. Advice fell onto deaf ears, now in deep shit lo.

Oh, this one if u already know the problem, then dont delay already.. right direction is to push for surgery to correct back the bone

Step 1.. get a doctor to examine with nose scope

Then, go to CT SCAN to confirm the diagnosis.

Then apply for GL and and wait GL approval

Then admission and procedure.
After all habis  + 2 mth follow up, pass all your rceeipt to agent to claim which include

1. Steroid nasal spray
2. Ct scan u paid first
3. 2 mth post follow up

U can try pantai hospital.. doctor kong ming han ENT

I did. I told the doctor my problem. He just gave me the spray and told me to come back again in one month, then try another spray. If not working, then try another spray. if not working, then only do surgery. But fromt he way the doctor explain, mcm die2 donwan surgery.

Anyway thanks for the steps. Will wait until end of the month, if problem still persists, will go to Pantai Hospital to check.
