Ok, finally understood what's the problem. It's a platform grouping a panel of doctors together; just like a panel of car-repair workshops affiliated to an insurance company.

How to resolve late payments from the platform? First, I think you need to talk with your boss and also read all the documents/contracts when the clinic signed up with the platform.

Then delete the whole thread... if you don't want to be sued for defamation by the platform.
