I had terrible experience with them, where my previous employer engaged with them as our employee insurance panel

They took 2 months couldn't even generate a GL for me, and keep telling me it was hospital side unable to use their system.

With much effort I only got my GL , 2 hours before doing my surgery in the hospital.

How i did that was putting my handphone with speaker, together with the customer support of the hospital and Hellmetrics support walking through their system on how to submit a GL form, and finally we found it was the bug on their system, and the Hellmetrics support asked me to pay first claim later or postpone my surgery appointment until their developer fix the bug.

Best part, I was the one told them hello please use email or fax, then only they proceed with my GL.
