Hello all, I am planning to get m7p. I found that shopee seller has better offer at shopee platform, with additional RM300 voucher with all the standard free gifts compared with the honor official store at shopee. I get to learn that the sticker on the box buying from official store and other mobile phone sellers are different. I have 3 honor mobile products but i realised there is 2 different stickers on the mobile box stating imported by different companies.

One is imported by HONOR TECHNOLOGY(MALAYSIA)SDN BHD (1404103-P)- I believe this is official honor Malaysia.

Second one is imported & distributed by ZITRON FULFILMENT SDN BHD (1396707-K)- sold by seller in shopee and claimed it is MY set and warranty by honor malaysia

May I know is the honor mobile sold by this second company an original and genuine product from Honor Malaysia? I was afraid of buying non genuine honor product. Or there is AP set phone like last time?Please advise.

Zitron if want to warranty need 2 send over Zitron themselves i think

I used 2 have a lot of Zitron set during the glorious Nokia years 6610 to finally the N8 haha

Yesterday finally bought x 9 c for 1499 at 6pm

More ultra than my deceased Samsung actually

I will still buy flagship as second phone eventually hahahaha

Awaiting magic 8 pro hehehehe

Right now i still got 80% juice left

was told both are official MY HONOR devices. if need servicing, just bring to HONOR service center.

Lol. I just tried the demo unit in UR today. Everything seems ok except they still didn't solve the problem of notification and shortcut have to swipe down from the top of the screen.

Swipe down anywhere from the screen other than the top will pop out some nonsense suggestion thing. It's kind of annoying and not user friendly. If I remember correctly this is 1 of the common complaint but I think they didn't plan to resolve it at all.

Icic. Thanks for sharing. I didn't notice got such a option to solve this annoying thing. With this then overall seem not bad except the current price. I might consider to upgrade after It drop to rock bottom in 5 to 6 months.

Just to add on the demo set I saw today is on the lunar shadow grey. No doubt first impression look special but I think solid colour without much pattern look better in long run.

This shouldn't be an issue as most people will use case. Those that plan to use transparent case maybe can consider a different colour.

Lol you are right. I did play and explore but didn't go deep to the setting part. Who will play demo unit and explore every single setting.... I am doing what most people will do.

As you can see someone shared the details with me and I did acknowledge it. As of search function, you mean the search that popped out when I swiped down on honor demo unit? If you mean that 1 then I don't feel it helpful, I feel that's annoying. If you mean the general search in the setting of most android then yes. It can help to access the setting/function someone need faster.

Perhaps honor should set the swipe down to notification/shortcut as default. They cannot expect most of the people explore the setting deep to aware that it's changeable in setting. It really doesn't leave a good first impression when notification only can be accessible where ppl need to purposely move their finger to the top and swipe down.

I have not been following the smart phone market for very long time... I am wondering, when HONOR drops the price for such flagship models (in August/September may be), do they normally still offer the 1+1 extended warranty in the package?

The main different buying now or later will be price as well as the free gift given. As of magic pro series, buy it later will got ear buds instead of wireless charger now.

i asked around and was told, there is an update coming soon that will enable this.
sorry for earlier incorrect reply. coz demo units and beta units already have it. so thought it would already be available
