My ex co, private co

while we were rowing halfway, got one guy stomach ache want to pangsai...so we threw a tire tied to a rope out ot the back of the boat, where he had to sit there and pangsai into the sea...

during the sail and rowing, half the crew, developed sea sick and puked into the sea.

damn hot and we were baked by the sun.

reach the island want to pangsai also have to pangsai on the beach behind the bushes.

nobody live on the island, it was an island about few football fields wide only.

Maybe it was not meant as team building, but a way to force staff to resign. sweat.gif

Can make law to ban team building exercises involving sports?

Why can't we have team building exercises involving cooking or baking? Or painting or sculpting?
*
No need elaborate activities with so many props.

team building aim is to foster cooperation. Before cooperation fostered, rapport must be built between staff without them having anxiety /stressful.

Play board/ card games can do the trick.

The risk of that happening is relatively low, but when it happens the impact to families will be terrible.

So have to balance YOLO vs YODO (you only die once) too.

People who hate teambuilding /sports will quote this kind of news always

Vs

Drink driving, smoking risk, hiking risk, badminton game risk, text driving etc, these news appear more frequently than the former , not siding anyone, but people just gonna say whatever they want to.

Rip to the victims and hope this serve as lesson and more precautions for the future participants/organisers.

Syukur I rafted like 5-6 times at different rivers / different months , gotta say the activity more fun during high tide, but also mean higher risk perhaps ?

Cousin recalls Nur Arina's excitement before tragedy struck

The cousin of the drowning victim, Nur Arina Azizan, said the 20-year-old was quite excited to return to her village this time around for leisure activities, including taking a dip and going down the river on a float during a picnic outing.

Norhaslinda Mohamad Yusuf, 36, said Nur Arina rarely had the chance to visit her hometown due to her busy work schedule, but this time she was determined to make the trip.

Nur Arina was feared drowned after being reported missing in Sungai Air Beruk, Jalan Padang Stang, Kampung Kerunai near here, last Sunday, while her mother Saripah Ahmad, 48, survived.

Her body was later found 7km away from the spot she was last seen.
