 Previous bill, current bill & final bill digi, Digi bill need help

So guys, yesterday i change my plan from postpaid to prepaid.

Then today i call digi, asking for my last bill. The CS throw the amount i should pay, that is rm98.56

My bill circle is on 12, so my last bill @ outstanding i already paid.

But why still got current bill? Should it be prorated? Or what

I also kena once like this , I paid outstanding bill then suddenly another bill come again , I also don't know why n seem cannot win n because of this final bill. I was blacklisted by this bloody Telco n got lawyer letter from digi.

I encounter this issue also. But when trying to make payment it say account not exist cannot make payment 😅

outstanding bill yang you suda pakai. but the current bill still in the system. once the billing date is reached then they can generate your new bill

i once mnp from digi to unifi. got no problem because i paid for 2 month. outstanding and current usage.

if balance rm10 and above, yes.
can call hotline to claim. dunno they still got send cheque or not (that was 3 years ago)

Don't pay anything first. Wait til 12th next month then you will get the final, prorated bill.
I believe the amount they gave you is from 12/10 to 12/11, since you just change yesterday which is before they generate the Nov bill.

they got it wrong. ask yourself what is outstanding bill and current bill. sure got current usage which is not yet generated in the billing system.

I confirm to myself I terminate before due date n paid everything before new bill generate. Well , long long case ago. I. Hally using prepaid now .

Nowadays, almost all telco need you to pay outstanding + unbill before port out will proceed. Less worries biggrin.gif
