Previous bill, current bill & final bill digi, Digi bill need help

So guys, yesterday i change my plan from postpaid to prepaid.
Then today i call digi, asking for my last bill. The CS throw the amount i should pay, that is rm98.56 My bill circle is on 12, so my last bill @ outstanding i already paid. But why still got current bill? Should it be prorated? Or what Mana yang pakar tu, tolong dulu. |
