Hello,
I’m having a problem with my Hotlink number. It keeps showing "no service" when I try to get the TAC number today. Currently, I’m in Japan and I only use this SIM card when I’m back in Malaysia or traveling in Southeast Asia.
My SIM card was last activated in Singapore for data roaming until the end of August. I also purchased a Hotlink 365-day plan on September 23 last year, which should keep the number active until this September.
Is there a chance that my Hotlink number has been deactivated? If so, is there a way to resolve this issue?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thank you!

Also I believe you can dial *123# from overseas to call Hotlink CS.

If u purchased 365 validity on 23 Sept 2023, it would have ended by now however u should be still have minimum 30 days grace period before terminated. So my best guess is grace period does not allow roaming hence u get "no service". U can contact them via online or easier just topup RM5 via online.
