If u purchased 365 validity on 23 Sept 2023, it would have ended by now however u should be still have minimum 30 days grace period before terminated.I’m having a problem with my Hotlink number. So my best guess is grace period does not allow roaming hence u get "no service".
U can contact them via online or easier just topup RM5 via online.
