i am not fx33 user. checked dpreview, since fx33 no manual focus, so you can help yourself with ttl only. how to change the focus from center of the picture to either upper left or lower right of the pic...

normally, we
decide what we what to take, look at the screen, press shutter button half way to focus(assuming u are AF mode) and shot.
if it turns out out-focus/not what u want, eg you want to put your centre-of-interest (say a girl as model) upside not dead right at the center of a photo and u always end up with blur face...
1 try to position the centre-of-interest of your photo to center 1st, half press shutter to focus, recompose your photo and shot. this is a way to cheat AF camera.
2 try different focusing mode if available. one point, multi point, longitudinal, horizontal etc.
3 try a few more time. same setting but a few tries may give u different result.
or
4 use small aperture. gives u wider depth of field, so your model will appear sharp also. not the best way to do.
the best
get yourself a manual focus camera
hope it helps
