Supposedly I wanna take some macro shots of a Lego minifig's face, can FX48 do the job? Just to tell how small a Lego minifig's head is, its dimension is about 1cm x 1cm.

A lot of people will say go for LX3, but the price difference for both model is a good rm500. So I don't wanna waste cash unnecessarily. Plus I might not be using the advance manual exposure features of the LX3, since it'll not be that much of an advance photographing work.

I just wanna know the FX48's macro capabilities for handling this kind of work.

lx3 and g10 is comparable..Lx3 max rm 1.8 k ..g10 price now at rm 1.8k++

g10 is kinda big and bulky.If i have the money and can buy so big..i rather get sony dslr at rm 1.6 k or canon 1000D at 1.9 k

so u choose.. big or small

if u dun mind the size...u suggest u skip digicam go for dslr straight

if u want small...currently the smallest and best digicam is LX3....if g10 is same size as lx3..i would also suggest g10...but g10 size bigger than lx3 lor....

the camera got touch screen and manual control.. that's very good points, and 25mm wide-angle, good!

i guess it's just by a bit only.. coz F200EXR have sensor size of 1/1.6in compared to LX3's 1/1.63in..

yes fuji super ccd sensor is superior compare to other sensor...low noise in ISO

too bad fuji IQ and engine and lens..no good
so in the end..it's the whole package

using canon IQ ,fuji sensor...put inside lx3 body and lens...

then it will be perfect..

today i went klcc pc fair get my FS15 with price RM695, free 2x 2gb panasonic SD, lumix case, mini tripod, nike shoes bag, 1+2 years warranty, n some little lumix free stuff..... it's a nice deal right?!



but...i'm not so satisfy with d indoor performance, n some night scene.. mayb i using wrong setting, o it's really d fact it cant handle indoor shots well?
