Glad to hear the new iPadOS does not left out ipad mini. Even multitasking is coming. Last time when using the Mini I really wish it has stage manager and when connected to monitor does not only mirror the ipad screen. Now it is definitely a sweet little tablet

But I’m spoiled with my super cheap iPad Air M1, got it even cheaper than the Mini. Bigger screen does feel nicer to read and take notes.. the only downside is it is not as portable than the Mini

Nope. In contrary Apple has been reluctant to make ipad more laptop like.. but consumer pressures.

I am contemplating to swap to the Xiaomi Pad Mini as the prices currently at RM 1.8k promo. My exiting Ipad mini 6 has a vertical lines due to water damage and replacing the screen cost RM 1.3K.

New iPad Mini A17 pro user here. Just bought it 2 weeks ago. Was contemplating whether to purchase the AppleCare Plus initially.

Then today it happened. Since I carried this iPad almost everywhere I go(damn its just fits so well into my small bag, bringing to work, going out), this afternoon I came home and I took it out from the bag and then.. somehow the iPad slipped from my hand. The worst thing is that it had the original folio on and when I tried to grab it, I somehow only able to grab the folio part, and the iPad just detached from it aaand. "BAM!", face down on the tile floor.

I thought its gone case. But upon inspecting back luckily just the corner is dented, screen is totally fine.

5 mins later I purchased AppleCare Plus. No regret. Haha..

yes . it is light weight and easy to carry around. i trade in ipad air with this mini. use almost a year. u need case with bumper to protect it rather than original apple case. been few times incident but still protected as bumper

No issue with the iPad. It’s a feature by Apple. Refer to above. These days I don’t have this problem anymore because I use it everyday.
