QUOTE(SKY 1809 @ Oct 26 2024, 10:19 AM) well , if u have some connections with MB or PM, plsย bring it up It's always better to have an alternative way for southern catchment population to travel toward northern side especially if you realize the "MEX" & "ELITE" highway are already congested nowadays and I forseen it's will even getting worse with all the upcoming development surrounding in future.Dont u think by using West Coast highway to KLIA maybe not be practical for many road users ? Why waste the money then ? This post has been edited by soonvee: Oct 26 2024, 11:10 AM |

QUOTE(vin39 @ Nov 4 2024, 02:29 PM) Still not much update on this? I would like to know if they will be launching linked/super-linked double storey houses If you see from their website most likely their first phase will be launching 3 storey ParkhouseThis post has been edited by soonvee: Nov 5 2024, 01:17 AM |

QUOTE(vin39 @ Nov 5 2024, 11:00 AM) Yes from their interest google form that is what I gathered. I am interested for own stay so looking out for the double storey instead. But that could be after phase 1 which I believe will take some timeย The entire township development take about 20 year according to their website. I believed developer nowadays will prefer to build 3 storey instead of 2 storey due to rising land cost and based on parkcity previous development it's very unlikely for them to build small scale landed property .How is their speed like based on previous development? Hopefully I am make wrong judgement in this case. This post has been edited by soonvee: Nov 5 2024, 12:04 PM SKY 1809 liked this post

QUOTE(Pixtel @ Nov 5 2024, 02:20 PM) Parkcity Group will launch 3-storeys Parkhomes in their phase 1 soon, tentative sizes 22โx70โ, 24โx75โ and 26โx85โ (to be confirmed). My source told be that, it will be less than 200 units in total in phase 1. This is the size & build up accordingly to their website By looking at their masterplan, phase 1 will be closest to the future โThe Waterfrontโ commercial vibrant spot๐ ![]() ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by soonvee: Nov 5 2024, 02:48 PM |

![]() So I assumed this is how the main road of parkcity Botanika connected to Cyberjaya. If that's the case don't think so they will launching so soon yet as the road don't even have any progress yet at this moment. I guess they are still in progress of doing their earthwork yet. QUOTE(Simply_Ed @ Dec 12 2024, 03:38 PM) tbh, feels like that too. Cyberjaya is nice as standalone but work opportunities limited to surrounding area unless wfh. It's depend on your industry. if you are from IT / AVIATION industry then definitely you will love this places ๐However if you required to travel to downtown KLCC then MRT /ERL is available nowadays already which is far better than those days so called ghost town or jungle city ๐คฃ๐ Remark : if you see the trend nowadays majority of population are moving towards southern due to better township planning of those sub urban area. QUOTE(Stigonboard @ Dec 15 2024, 12:13 PM) ERL is too expensive for daily use. I used to lived in Tamarind and work in KLCC and it killing my pocket ๐ Huh ? Is mex highway jam on Saturday? So far I know only weekday peak hours is congested Now i live in Bandar Tek Semenyih and MRT with my50 pass is better for the budget. I also have KTM Komuter for alternative. The key word is plenty of options. Driving wise both Cyberjaya and my current home is 30km++ from my current workplace in KLCC but if I still live Cyberjaya I need to use MEX highway which is damn crazy jam everytime even in saturday. And there is no other viable good alternative for me to run away From semenyih i have plenty of options, using Cheras highway which practically toll free, the SILK highway, SUKE or even PLUS highway .. and EKVE (20++minute KLCC) opening soonโฆ jam in those highway of course but you have many options to play around depending on your time and budgetโฆ. which Cyberjaya cant offer |

QUOTE(Simply_Ed @ Dec 15 2024, 07:54 PM) Still doing my research to see what the average is. What new landed projects are there in your radar that I can take a look? Staying far doesn't mean to isolate away from social activity la. ๐
I would prefer non-strata guarded as well. In the end might settle for gated and guarded old project. Found some in kota damansara in the 1m to 1.5m range but of course need to take into account reno as well. Even if from IT with wfh, still would want to participate in social activity within klang valley area. So far see the ERL monthly pass makes sense but then on the last mile connectivity after reaching KL sentral will still need grab or bus. As for aviation, limited people in the aviation industry with plenty of selections to choose from closer to KLIA. Plenty of selection mean which location then ? I would like to explore it also lol This post has been edited by soonvee: Dec 15 2024, 10:08 PM |
