A bit on the thin side but still okay, just don't diet too much until your bust size also go down.

QUOTE(ChrisGirl @ Nov 7 2007, 11:57 AM) well TS never try you'll never know... lmao, that doesnt give any good exucse, I work for at least 12hours a day for 6 days a week and that doesnt stop me from goin to gym, 1) do excercise first of all, u dont need much to for this... a 20 mins HIIT will suffice... better still if you can incorporate some weight training which can help in burning calories while you are resting, refer to this Toning article. FYI one pound of muscle burns approximately 30-50 Calories per day. In contrast, a pound of fat only burns about three Calories per day. And your excuse for working in IT firm and OT anytime, I am working in an audit firm and I OT all the time... you just need to make sometime for your workout session (though sometimes is just not possible) but u said you are learning latin dance, so i assume that you have some time to spare 2) reduce calorie intake you can always reduce calorie intake by consuming more fiber and protein instead of carbs and fats... i am still a newbie in this section, i think syd will do a better job in advising here well pros, correct me if i am wrong... i am still a newbie right here is the recent quote from other forumers regarding HIIT Babyblue just my 2cents |

Personally i would say gals with some lean muscle with bikini looks hotter(bit of abs, shoulder and back, legs, buttocks) than those who just skinny.
no offend thou, just my personal opinion |

Guys, I doubt she ever visit this journal of hers anymore.
Maybe it's best to leave it be. I stumbled across her blog in her card for Low Yat Net. I think that's the last place she updated anything. Cheers |

Sorry ah, but I feel like you're just trying to push out your stuffs, Herbalife right? My friend is taking it too, in just about 7 weeks spent around RM 700 - 800 liao. Expensive! I think with that money, I can get good supplement nutrition and creatine for two months liao.
I told him, with less money spent, do more cardio work like cycling [ but must always try to increase distance lar ], drink at least a litre of plain water daily and watch what you eat, or better yet, change what you eat, can get similar results. He's only forcing himself to starve and replace full meals with those so - called premium protein - in - a - shaker. Sheeesh. If he's interested and try to learn more about bodybuilding, maybe he'll learn the actual fact of these premium protein - in - a - shaker lol.
