~ after 110 days, go into maintain period ~Keep on taking 2 nutrition meal & 1 normal meal everyday...
Finally... After 110 days, begin of October, I reached 47kg!
In fact, I did curi makan during the progress...
And in between even went for a 3 days trip which everyday also eat buffet
Fortunately, can recover in the end
Result here:
Weight - 55kg ---> 47kg
Breast - 93cm ---> 89cm
Stomach - 77.5cm ---> 73cm
Waist - 70.5cm ---> 63cm
Tummy - 73.5cm ---> 69cm
Hip - 95cm ---> 87cm
Thigh (left) - 55.5cm ---> 50cm
Thigh (right) - 55.5cm ---> 50cm
Leg (left) - 34.5cm ---> 33cm
Leg (right) - 35cm ---> 33cm
Arm (left) - 30cm ---> 27.5cm
Arm (right) - 30cm ---> 27.5cm

I total lost 8kg and 48cm ~ !
Because I took 110 days to lose weight, so I need another 110 days to maintain.
After i done the maintain period, only my weight will be stable.
I feel happy that I can reach such result, but also feel worry I will curi makan again during the maintain period...
