Yes, I keep track of all my CC expenses in individual excel worksheet. I record down the posting date, transaction date, description, local amount, foreign amount, the points (actual & adjusted) and my own comments (e.g. 6x)
I know how much I have swiped for each card for each month, year, grand total. Also outstanding amount and balance CL for installment purchases.

Then I know how much points I earn from each transaction and I can do filter/grouping on e.g. petrol or grocery purchases.
Kiasu or not ?
Then I verify with online banking transaction whenever I online to tally it.

You are much more kiasu than me.

I normally keep all the transaction slips and counter check when final statement is issued.
I only practised thorough checking on my SCB Just1 cc. I monitored closely all the transactions made, in order to facilitate the max rebate target and spending requirement for auto waiver of AF.

For CC form submission, I suggest to fax in. Else, I suggest to goto actual CC counter in banking hall at big ones like KL Main.
I submitted the application through the branch at MV, one of the biggest MBB branches in M'sia.

I called today and they said my application is in process and will know the status by latest on Friday...
When did you submit your application?

Agreed ! Should have credited into our account straight from the day we charged to our AMEX. Less problematic this way. They are not efficient at all !

It's because MBB has come on stream!

In fact, I have never been impressed by MBB's service.
