but after read the review at front page,

it sounds like d40x only :

1) 6MP to 10MP, but same sensor size.
2) flash sync reduce from 1/500 to 1/200, that's alot right ? does it affect external flash as well ?
3) from 2.5 fps to 3fps
4) ISO lowest 100, any significant different ?

but the price difference = around RM500 sweat.gif

guys, i did something stupid,

while unmount the kit-lens from the body, i accidentally touch a spring hinge on the kit-lens that the camera used it to adjust the lens aperture..i didnt know it was for aperture adjusting until i touch it and notice the lens aperture opened wider..

is there any after effect to my kit-lens ?

Because it's a prime lens thus the sharpness it two thumbs up yet the price make it even more interesting.  smile.gif

ohh.. i see, is it good for shooting landscape scenery ?

which lens u think a should person upgrade / complement the kit lens ? mainly for shooting landscape..

and one more question here, since the focus ring and the filter mounting of the d40 kit lens is bound together, i was wondering if i put a large filter/converter, for example a wide angle converter,
will it stress the autofocus motor inside more since it is heavier and harder to spin ?

cheap? whats the expensive tripod looks and feels like?

the platform in your last pic can be taken out, screw to ur d40, and put it back to the tripod,
this is convenient when u wan switching between handheld and tripod..

i have some friends told me some of the camera are cheaper because they are parallel import, which means some thing like AP.

those we have bought PSP should know that right, same thing. Thus the warranty is from the shop, not the Nikon Malaysia. But the lens should have warranty since lens got international warranty.
