The organiser of the Hungry Ghost Festival in Kemaman, Terengganu, has put up banners prohibiting Muslims from entering the venue.

This is after a temple in Kuala Terengganu was not granted an exemption for women to perform at a celebration event for the festival due to it being in an open space.

today i went to temple and i saw a group of islam tourists, very likely from middle east because of the features.

so the tour guide explained about the temple's story, then the tourist ask what are those containers with sticks for? why are the visitors shaking the containers with sticks?

upon explaining, they got curious and started to shake the sticks and get their predictions.

luckily, it happened in chinese temple, if not a lot pembaris later.

end of story.

Some Buddhist temples in Johor, many Malays likes to visit take photos, couples come jalan2, some w friends lepak here. No issue at all.
