The organiser of the Hungry Ghost Festival in Kemaman, Terengganu, has put up banners prohibiting Muslims from entering the venue.

This is after a temple in Kuala Terengganu was not granted an exemption for women to perform at a celebration event for the festival due to it being in an open space.

Don’t go so far. Penang already have. Kelantan as well, the biggest sleeping Buddha. Melaka as well. Hatyai also.

It is a visit as tourists. I recalled when in Phuket. We visited the big Buddha. Muslims and Muslim Malaysians visit as well. Snap pic etc. they did not pray at all. Just visiting and snap pic. No harm done 👍
