the thing is because time passed by flies, the next time you looked at the number it will quadruple. then the number from there rise very fast... we can easily have about 200k abandoned house by 2 decades later

And our birthrates already dropping.

Understatement. It has been dropping for decades. Even Malay birth rate hovering around 2 now.
