Living in big city is depressing but nobody has a solution to diversify the economy out of big cities. Just look at the birth rates in rural areas vs big cities.

Watched some travel video on YouTube. There is part of rural place people there abandoned the place to go to big city like Tokyo but still left good nice empty house and big land. The youtube said people there encourages foreigners migrate there having family and taken over empty house and land.

Got one Malaysian Malay migrated there and married Japanese woman and start having farm. Looks nice man. Perfect place to retire there.

create a new township to mimic how it was in the 80's again, affordable lifestyle, simple jobs, focus on family creation, cut off socmed and internet, give more meaning to living again.
