last time I buy from century battery online like this.

Then before warranty expires, the battery dieded.

So I called up century for warranty claim.

They ask me to send shipping to them for testing which may takes a few weeks. then only decide is sarahan mereka or sarahan saya.

Only then they will replace the battery.

If is sarahan saya, need bear the postage + checking fees. iirc

But above reply got 1 ktard said century no gooding. How ar.

they only stock own brand now ?

yes, keep engine running or connect 12V battery to OBD port to keep ECU settings

Most likely either ktard charging system not efficient or ktard got interest in other brand or maybe masuk bateri tak ikut spek ! All my clients new cars pakai no problem but of course la their charging system I jaga betul betul.

my last check (sometime ago) ; they no longer take amaron ..but other brand such as varta blue still have

Beware Amaron 36 months warranty is fake.

Their standard warranty is just 12 months.

U actually need to buy at higher price for that warranty, in other words its actually just paying for "extended warranty"

Mine ngam ngam dead few days before 3 years period.

Change to Century at lower priced but higher output. Bought in Shopee can use voucher/cashback for extra discount

many many years ago.. last time i used (some time ago, lived a short life, tried again, same story).. then used recommended by workshop, ( nameless but lasted 3 years)..then another korean brand ( forgot the name).. very good ( about 5 years)..died because didn’t frequently drive especially during covid

No la. Once the battery in question has been recharged following due process and it shows that it is still a Good Battery, means nothing is wrong with the battery but the problem is the vehicle charging system not efficient, therefore not able to charge the battery properly. If battery short circuit, I don't think anyone will be brave enough to recharge it pun.

Patut la, I was wondering how come your claim procedure lain daripada yang lain. When they came install the new battery, didn't they check your charging system ? What did they say ? Or they just pasang terus and bye bye ?

normally i just call century... repeat customer can get discount.

That's why i think battery is best to get your nearest house foreman or battery shop. if rosak within warranty usually terus one to one help you to change.

no need pening need sendiri buka battery, send to test, wait few weeks, if battery faulty Baru dapat battery Baru. if not lagi need pay for inspection fees rugi dono how much rm and last last need sendiri buy battery also back to square 1

stay away from Century.
