2. Drive to any workshop ask to check battery usually free or offer RM5
3. Drive home.
4. Open shopee order battery.
5. Wait ppl bring battery come and install for u.
6. Profit????


Jew can also buy battery checker ownself check. Its around RM16 for cheapo one. More expensive electronic ones slightly higher around rm40-rm60

Last but not least buy powerbank ownself jump.

Anyone who bought battery directly from Century Authorized Dealers, they ought to go back to that Authorized Dealer, from whom they bought their batteries from for any warranty claims. I believe other battery brands would operate in the same manner and if it's different, definately I wouldn't know about it, unless they claim otherwise too. 😊

Since your was an online purchase, then I guess it's only logical that warranty claim procedure would be different from the above.

I also just kena this yesterday. Client tiba tiba called said battery died. I was like impossible la cause I know the battery is still in good condition when I last saw it. Drove all the way there, check and the battery is still a Good Battery. Client had to call his mechanic, who later diagnose it was a wiring that was the problem. I should start charging people for calling me unnecessarily liao. 🤣🤣🤣

Stay away from cheap astra battery, or any other elcheapo battery.

Even with regular drive, those battery can lose power and leave you stranded. Both of my cars using Astra battery after Salesman say very good, both cars already died twice, require me to call the technician come. 1 time come is RM50. If they check the battery still holds power, they will charge you. If it doesn't hold power, they will take it out and charge it. And give you spare battery, manada warranty konon give new.

End up cost more than regular battery.

For those seldom start car, better to invest in car charger or yummy Energizer one. Those cost RM400 above. My brother both cars using it, my parents car also using Energizer.

It's funny people keep asking me promote cheap batteries but I still refuse to do so because I know if I do that, then I terpaksa sibuk dengan warranty claims aje, instead of doing sales or servicing. So now I think I want to focus on clients with new vehicles aje. Stubborn clients or problematic charging systems are most troublesome to deal with and neither do they produce the best results that I am looking for.
