No idea. Never needed to claim warranty. In whole life for anything. I but only reliable stuff and usually fails after warranty expires. Then I just buy new one.

weird last time wanted to change battery wented nearby car shop area said that amaron is bad and not last long

Back in 2019 I itchy hand go try a Lithium Phosfate car battery, until now battery performance still 100% when test by service center.
The battery costs RM450 tho.

What tester brand did they use until can claim battery is still at 100% ? Do you have a copy of the battery test report ?

if amaron no stock then say amaron no good lor,
if century no stock also said century no good.
