QUOTE(BooMer86 @ Oct 28 2005, 03:41 PM) that is cinema 4d(they don't use mental ray, instead they have thier own render). I have noise in my render because i tweaked the wrong setting. Here is another shot of the kitchen scene. Wah.. Set your settingslah. You need to increase sampling, dude. Sampling and your AA needs work. But then again, maybe you want to save rendertime![]() I'm now rendering that scene in 3dmax7 without any texture. Only introducing mental ray GI + FG to it. EDIT: OK, Finally! here you go. A rough preview on what the lightning should like before i go further. ![]() App : 3d max 7.5 (mental ray 3.4) Render time: 10min++ QUOTE(singleguy @ Oct 28 2005, 05:15 PM) any max user here.. or vray user.. lauyah. chewxy.. help. Do you do photography?
If you don't, never mind. Go downstairs, get an apple, put on your table, and take photos. use flash, and try without flash. Change the distance of your photography. You'll find that in order for the apple to come out nice, you need certain specific types of lighting. If you want your apple to appear dark, then put a light behind your apple. If you want your apple to be bright, then put a light in front of your apple, behind your camera. Stuff like that. You need to play around |

Pr0n alert!![]() ![]() Just kidding... XD anyways guys... anyone here good at modelling cars? I think I have perfected rendering pictures that can fit into real life situations (i.e for shooting movie purposes).. and so I wanna do a test run by making a car chase scene. Problem is... I suck at modelling... and my modellers are well.. currently unavailable. |

Not when you have this kind of quality in animation:
![]() Damn.. I should have rendered boobies... but then again my scene doesn't have a lady... does this make me ghey, /3d/? |
