TRX packed during weekdays this one can understand la. due to all the commercial buildings around. working class will drop by. but has anyone scout the crowd in TRX during weekends?

not all will succeed also, just some will make it, starling mall also doing pretty well as a neighbourhood mall

sometimes ppl want to just have a quick meal and groceries without going thru the jam and crowd of those big malls

Where got runaway? Still whizzing around the same area with their sport cars and tons of money to fund charity actively….

Pity to massive first time buyers who bought in the units there ..most already married and beranak still
Renting elsewhere…can’t even sell

ICON PJ also not doing well. Prime location next to federal highway and LDP highway. Mahsing even spend millions building ramps from federal highway into the mall. Also tak boleh revive the mall?

The same question I'm trying to understand too.

Maybe fengshui not good? The whole building black color.

If repaint to yellow orange like 1u and sunway pyramid maybe can attract prosperity?

But all malls built by MS macam not doing well. See 1shamalin in cheras and Star avenue in Sg Buloh.
