The curve dying, Strand mall dying, Trop Gardens barely surviving, Atria, 3 damansara not doing so good also.

You need to find a niche to survive in the current market.

Atria has quite a big event space for expos and apple sales.

3 Damansara are opening a large rock climbing space.

Glo got Worq and MRT but that's not helping much.

Tropicana gardens cannot be so top. The whole place still very empty.

You missed out The strand mall, Giza mall and Nexis mall. Not to mentioned Lotus Damansara, NSK KD and Giant KD. Further down got Emporis also. Bandar Utama got Centerpoint too.

ICON PJ also not doing well. Prime location next to federal highway and LDP highway. Mahsing even spend millions building ramps from federal highway into the mall. Also tak boleh revive the mall?

The same question I'm trying to understand too.

Maybe fengshui not good? The whole building black color.

If repaint to yellow orange like 1u and sunway pyramid maybe can attract prosperity?

But all malls built by MS macam not doing well. See 1shamalin in cheras and Star avenue in Sg Buloh.
