QUOTE(Mr Mercedes @ Jun 24 2024, 05:43 PM) The Curve and Tropicana Gardens seems much better than Atria and 3 Damansara. Tropicana gardens cannot be so top. The whole place still very empty. In terms of Damansara Area, One U> Paradigm> Tropicana Gardens > Pavi Damansara> Starling> Ikea> Curve> Megahrise> Atria > Citta Mall> 3 Damansara > Jaya Shopping Center> Evolve> Glo. You need to find a niche to survive in the current market. Atria has quite a big event space for expos and apple sales. Starling are doing what the original Tropicana City Mall and the old Atria did, a smaller scale shopping center for those that don't want to go to big malls like One U, MV and Paradigm nearby. 3 Damansara are opening a large rock climbing space. Glo got Worq and MRT but that's not helping much. You missed out The strand mall, Giza mall and Nexis mall. Not to mentioned Lotus Damansara, NSK KD and Giant KD. Further down got Emporis also. Bandar Utama got Centerpoint too. |

QUOTE(DValentine @ Jun 26 2024, 01:11 PM) told 474848939 times already ICON PJ also not doing well. Prime location next to federal highway and LDP highway. Mahsing even spend millions building ramps from federal highway into the mall. Also tak boleh revive the mall?weird place, weird layout, apparently they cut the original plaza phoenix into 2, cheras central and hotel HAVE U EVER SEEN THERE'S BIG PILLAR IN FRONT OF SHOP LOT? AYAM TELL U THIS IS NOT HAPPENING EVERYWHERE, only cheras sentral has it the only way to revive is DEMOLISH ONCE AND FOR ALL BUT THOSE DEVELOPER JUST WANNA EASY JOB ENDUP FARK UP, HARD LOCATION: THE MALL ACCESS IS HARD IF GOT HATI MAU BUAT, BUAT RAMP, WHATEVER IT IS NOW JUST SHIT |

QUOTE(dickybird @ Jun 26 2024, 02:06 PM) The same question I'm trying to understand too.Maybe fengshui not good? The whole building black color. If repaint to yellow orange like 1u and sunway pyramid maybe can attract prosperity? But all malls built by MS macam not doing well. See 1shamalin in cheras and Star avenue in Sg Buloh. |
