Normal phone can record from the phone app itself. Just press the start record button.

Unfortunately or fortunately, privacy is important for iOS.

The other side will know that I'm actually recording the call, I'm sure they feel uncomfortable 😣 to talk long long, I wonder why can't Apple do it discreetly like my Oppo realme Fons 😔

It is about privacy. You are recording other people's conversations without consent. Like we are doing Teams meeting, if we need to record the meetings, it will prompt everyone that it will be recorded.

I appreciate this way too, I don't like people to do things secretly. If you really want to record without letting the other party know, then use another phone to record with voice recording.

I thought App Store got 3rd party apps that can secretly & discreetly record the conversation without any one knowing.

This kind of apps will not be approved by Apple.

If like this, I need to continue using my Oppo Find X6 Pro to make calls 📞 cos it automatically record voice calls without any prompts.

Sometimes the calls lasted more than 10mins & I can't remember everything that was spoken, I need to rewind back.

When people call me via WhatsApp, I try to call back via phone call so that I record & remember the conversation
