QUOTE(theochew @ Nov 29 2024, 02:18 PM) having 2 house loans If 2 housing loan prompt repayment should have established credit score. Car loan is no difference from any loan.and this the 3rd for car this is my first time in car purchase. Before this use old parent's car Perhaps as suggested above, dont go for 100% loan, try 90 or 80 and another bank. |

A 2.82% rate for a 5-year car loan sounds pretty decent, but it’s always worth shopping around to see if there are better deals. Try checking with other banks or even some credit unions—they sometimes offer competitive rates, especially if you have a good relationship with them.
Before deciding, it’s a good idea to calculate how the interest rate affects your monthly payments and total repayment. I found a loan calculator online that makes this easy. You can input your loan amount, interest rate, and repayment term to see exactly what your monthly payments and total costs will look like. It’s super helpful for comparing options and making sure you're getting the best deal. This post has been edited by mukahantu: Dec 23 2024, 11:53 PM |

CIMB offers me flexi BLR 6.85% - 2.55% = 4.3% (equal to fixed rate: 2.26%) for 50k loan amount and 5 years loan period. Is it a good rate?
