GG is leasehold whilst Elmina is freehold - is this a factor for you?

My point of view

Location: Elmina > GG
Land Title: Elmina > GG
Workmanship: GG > Elmina
Connectivity: GG > Elmina
Surrounding community: depend on buyer perspective

Sime Darby is not known for their build quality or using good materials. Gamuda is a lot better in this regard and connectivity wise I think GG is better but will take at least 5 more years for the amenities to be up to par. Go and visit both areas multiple times and see which one you prefer and maybe visit surrounding areas too. IMO, I think both are good choices.

seconded.
GG infrastructure landscape is much more better due to their township is strata title, more homogeneous outlook, more clean whereas for individual title can do freely. If one neighbors change front outlook, no more looking good biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Location both got pros and cons imo, if u compare distance to klcc and PJ almost the same but nkve toll is cheap where if u use dash highway is expensive especially u use dash penchala and duke all the way. But nkve if got accident will be bad traffic.

I don't think that either is a bad choice. Just buy based on your requirements. Population demographic is a factor for me but then i realised that a lot of chinese are now buying in Elmina. Connectivity is a major factor but at Elmina to go PJ/KL, there are many alternatives but for GG there is only 1 (NKVE) and if there is an accident, sorry for you [can also take GCE to NKVE at bkt Jelutong to damansara]. The nearest MRT is at Sg Buloh. When Kwasa roads are connected to Elmina, the journey is much nearer than now. So you can also drive to Sg Buloh and take MRT to KL. Can't do that for GG. Unfortunately KTM komuter not up to expectations from what i hear.

Malay/chinese ratio in Elmina is 50/50 or 60/40. Quite balance tbh.
