Is better to buy house in Gamuda garden or elmina?

gamuda gardens is new residential area, not many facilities yet. early morning got abit jam heading to tolls there, balik time also slow moving traffic from sungai buloh to the gamuda gardens exit there. But near to NKVE and not yet crowded.

Do your own research and buy what you like more. No use asking people’s opinion and end up regretting your purchase. Both have pro and con. You can list them down but ultimately it’s your money, buy what feels right for you and your family needs.

no offence Ya… Actually my concern is about the chinese & bumi population..seems like gamuda garden have more chinese than elmina..

fair, your concern is on chinese school, chinese food or just simply dont want bumi around?

Not to say dont want bumi around la.. last time i bought a house in saujana utama.. majority is bumi.. 1 row of house only got below 5 chinese neighbour…

then you should migrate... malaysia not really suitable for you...frankly speak... no offence ya

Elmina is more strategic in term of location.
Yes. Demographic wise - it is more Malay centric… this upper class.

Gamuda garden…. Nice town ship will take time before mature.
Can it be another Setia Alam ?

Did you book an Elmina Ridge unit? Apparently all sold out before launching, taken up by the PRIME members and early birds. But fret not, there will be some who cannot qualify for loan and you can put your name on the list. This is how i got my unit at an earlier launch. I still hope they complete the showhouse even though its kind of redundant now...

Nope.. I unable to book stage 1.. i will wait for stage 2 to open for booking ..which project you bought?

ilham 2 in 2022. I believe there will be some loan reject units for stage 1, ask the SA to inform you if any.

Ilham residence is under the flight path right if not mistaken…

Pls check Elmina's forum, a lot of defects like leaking, etc
GG quality is much much better.
In terms of KL accessibility, GG is better accessing if compared with Elmina
