Omakase usually start at 25k -35K Yen. Alot omakaze no more serving foreign who can't speak Japanese.

Lately got one famous omakase chef fight with Chinese tourist due to can't communicate. That chef reputation all gone.

During my trip in Hokkaido, one day we booked a local driver to drive us around Biei who is suppose to pick us up from Asahikawa. But our train from Sapporo got delayed due to heavy snow. But I already informed the driver the moment we got the delay announcement , I keep update him our status and ETA until we met at the Asahikawa station. Despite we were late for almost 2 hours, he still welcome us with hospitality and show us around the best he could (due to the delay, we have to give up a few places)

Why people keep saying the shop no take deposit the shop keeper stupid, they cant differentiate culture different?

You go thailand mcdonal and after you finish your food will you throw the balance food into the dustbin? Thai people will do this because its their culture but malaysian mostly wont do it even if they are in thailand

For me if im in thailand i follow their culture where after finish food at mcdonald i will pick my balance food and throw into the dustbin, the staff even thank me for throwing my food into the dustbin because she know most malaysian wont do it

Before you go to other country try to study or understand their culture, dont bring your malaysia mentality n style go there and expect people to understand / follow your way

last time china people go oversea have alot bad behavior and then their gov minus their social points and they have been ban from travel to oversea

attempt to whatsapp call also failed to reach the tour guide. (we even called the number normally although we know there will be international charges for it) There is no answer after normal call. countless message still no responds.
in summary, they refuses to answer all attempts via whatsapp.

yeah, coz im currently self learning, can slowly read it only. usually if i cant read (due to my katakana still sux) i just paste the whole text and listen the audio.

in the end, so far what i see the scenario is that this so called reservation is made in a rush.

received call in the morning but reservation made for the very same day for afternoon.

asked my malay colleague many years back
its actually surprisingly (to me) easy to find halal food in JP, they even got app showing halal restaurant nearby.

An alternative is still an alternative. Its their life and their adherence to halal, not sure why you all so butthurt about how difficult it is for them.
I'm just sharing what I learnt from Muslims who travel, for work or business, and how they manage their dietary requirements. I haven't included those that use the "no choice but to eat non halal stuff" leniency allowed in their religion.
