answer from Kampungstay Holiday Kampungstay Holiday Assalamualaikum. Alhamdulillah. Baru berkesempatan nak menjawab semua persoalan, maklumlah kami membawa group warga emas yang pergerakan mereka agak terhad. Saya sudah menghubungi pihak restoran sebentar tadi untuk menghuraikan semua kecelaruan yang telah terjadi. Kisahnya, Ye, memang betul pihak kami menghubungi restoran tersebut. Kami bertanyakan samada di restoran tersebut adakah dapat menampung 25pax dr group kami. Kami melakukan survey untuk memilih tempat yang terbaik untuk group warga emas kami ini. Saya memaklumkan pada mereka bahawa sekiranya kami jadi kesana, kami akan menghubungi terlebih dahulu pihak mereka dan jangka masa yang akan kami tiba adalah dalam pukul 1.30pm waktu di Jepun sekiranya kami jadi ke sana. Memandangkan harga yang tinggi dan lokasi yang agak jauh dari tempat kami, kami menukar ke restoran yang berdekatan dimana makcik2 dari group kami mudah untuk berjalan. Kami ingin memaklumkan yang mana pihak TIDAK SAMA SEKALI memberikan greenlight untuk mereka masak. Saya berharap tuan puan boleh menilai dari penerangan pihak kami. Saya telah menghubungi En Muski Yusof dan menerangkan segalanya. Saya meminta isu ini di hentikan agar tiada tindakan susulan dari pihak kami. If already order food. Takkan tak masak. Even I order and booking here they sure prepare siapa n go eat. Time saving. 25pax he wan them to wait until they arrive???
Kampung say They never ask them to proceed. They just book So meaning. They can cincai call a restaurant and book sesuka hati then no show
I guess they done this any times already.

Calls to their Malaysian phone number (which are expensive, by the way) also went unanswered!! No replies to my messages!!
To top it off, they blocked incoming calls on WhatsApp!! There have been last-minute cancellations before, but we've usually managed them with an apology from the other side, which we reluctantly accepted. However, this time, it was a true no-show with no communication whatsoever.
From my experience, it’s somewhat typical in Malaysia for people to be casual with time or to forget, and until now, I thought it was unavoidable. But this was the first time I encountered such a lack of responsibility. For the restaurant, not only did it result in food waste and a loss of staff working hours, but more than that, we had to turn away several groups of customers who had come to dine, asking them to leave, keeping the reserved seats empty until the end of this booking, which was truly regrettable...
The loss of 25 servings of Nasi Lemak... It’s just too sad... I dislike seeing more customers suffer from similar issues due to the unplanned nature of this tour guide’s handling, so I will expose the name, contact details, and the likely travel agency this guide is affiliated with. That's why most restaurant owner already put the term non refundable down-payment to avoid this ffk people.
