just that sohai people misuse their trust

From my experience booking for a group of 20 pax in tokyo..book a dinner set which cost around RM 8k via whatsapp..but the restaurant don't even bother to take any deposit even after i insist..

But after this case viralled sure they will be more cautious with Msia group..this kind of people really give Msia a bad name la..stupid

Reputation restaurant will cook and wait for you. Once u arrive u eat and go.
That why we do reservation. So that people save time .
Even in Penang we always do that when have team lunch.

If canot make it call to cancel. At least one 1H before.

I book only. Tak suruh masak pun. Tak bayar pun pasal dia orang masak!

Most restaurants in proper good country don't take deposit wan. You call and make reservations and order means you're coming.

No courtesy to answer or respond to their calls and messages. Wait until viral then come out with excuses. Their tour association should viral this some more.
