Shit this so true..i was in shinjuku browsing clothes and happen to like this one jacket and told the shop person there i like it and will think more abt it..i come again 3 days after and he remembered me and said he knows i will be looking for that jacket and he has kept it for me lol

Assalamualaikum.
Alhamdulillah. Baru berkesempatan nak menjawab semua persoalan, maklumlah kami membawa group warga emas yang pergerakan mereka agak terhad.

Saya memaklumkan pada mereka bahawa sekiranya kami jadi kesana, kami akan menghubungi terlebih dahulu pihak mereka dan jangka masa yang akan kami tiba adalah dalam pukul 1.30pm waktu di Jepun sekiranya kami jadi ke sana.
Memandangkan harga yang tinggi dan lokasi yang agak jauh dari tempat kami, kami menukar ke restoran yang berdekatan dimana makcik2 dari group kami mudah untuk berjalan.
Kami ingin memaklumkan yang mana pihak TIDAK SAMA SEKALI memberikan greenlight untuk mereka masak.
Saya berharap tuan puan boleh menilai dari penerangan pihak kami.
Saya telah menghubungi En Muski Yusof dan menerangkan segalanya.
Saya meminta isu ini di hentikan agar tiada tindakan susulan dari pihak kami.

Some hotel yes. I book a hotel with booking. No need deposit. But need cash term with hotel during check in

Actually I kinda scare also they no take my money

No deposit, no cook food. As simple as that. The restaurant boss should always know this that must collect 50% deposit to avoid all these issues

PETALING JAYA – Sebuah restoran di Jepun yang menghidangkan makanan tradisi rakyat Malaysia terpaksa membuang 25 set nasi lemak gara-gara seorang ejen pelancongan dari Malaysia membatalkan tempahan tanpa memaklumkan kepada mereka.

Kejadian itu dikongsikan oleh pekerja restoran tersebut, Sou Tanaka pada hantaran Facebook di dalam bahasa Jepun, yang kemudiannya dijelaskan oleh Kamal Zharif Kamaludin iaitu rakyat Malaysia yang menetap di Jepun.

“Bagi yang datang ke Jepun, pastikan kalian datang ke restoran setelah menempah meja (booking). Di bawah ini kes restoran makanan Malaysia di Shibuya, Tokyo yang menerima tempahan meja oleh seorang ejen pelancongan Malaysia. Dia tidak telefon semula restoran untuk batalkan tempahan.

ADVERTISING

“Pengakhirannya, restoran itu tunggu dan tunggu tanpa sebarang khabar berita. Pihak restoran terpaksa membuang begitu sahaja set nasi lemak untuk 25 orang,” katanya dalam hantaran tersebut.

Kamal Zharif turut menjelaskan mengenai salah satu perkara yang perlu dielakkan apabila membuat tempahan tempat duduk di restoran menerusi budaya orang Jepun.

“Boleh katakan ia adalah salah satu ‘redflag’ di Jepun, lagi-lagi ruang meja adalah terhad dan bukan luas seperti di negara-negara lain.

“Akhirnya, cara sebegitu akan jatuhkan kepercayaan orang Jepun dan akan jatuhkan air muka ejen pelancongan yang penat-penat membuat tempahan restoran.


“Jadi, apabila menerima klien yang suka-suka batalkan tempahan walaupun dia sendiri sudah tiba di depan pintu restoran sama, kita perlu beritahu kepada ejen pelancongan lain supaya tidak ambil lagi klien itu. Sungguh penting untuk kita tahu ketika berada di Jepun,” katanya.

Sementara itu, menerusi hantaran asal Sou Tanaka, ramai rakyat Malaysia marah dengan tindakan ejen pelancongan tersebut selain memohon maaf kepada lelaki berkenaan.

“Sangat teruk ejen pelancongan ni. Buat aduan kepada Pejabat Tourism Malaysia, saya sangat marah dan sedih baca story anda berkenaan ejen pelancongan tak bertanggungjawab,” kata Tarmizi Rahman.


“Memalukan Malaysia saja. Kalau tak reti bertanggungjawab jangan buat bisnes lain kali. Duduk diam-diam di rumah tak susahkan orang. Minta maaf kepada restoran itu dan bayar kerugian mereka,” komen Syafiq Fadzli.

“Mohon jangan salahkan Malaysia. Ia bukan sebab negara, tapi sikap individu,” kata Abdul Rashid Abdul Manaf.

Malah, rakyat Malaysia turut melepaskan kemarahan melalui akaun media sosial dipercayai ejen pelancongan tersebut. – KOSMO! ONLINE
