try to terminate my parent Astro account
So far make call and submit their feedback form But no written acknowledgement from them guess they just sit on it without doing anything? |

The only way to terminate Astro in 2025 is to report to MCMC

I call and downgrade package from RM87 to RM50 easily without any issue, since my mum only the one watch .. no one else and why u guys always have problem with CS agents? .. I never face any problem calling Astro / DiGi / TM bla bla bla .. u ppl have faceproblem?
