I would definitely go for it. As we all know, we're already screwed the moment we bought the plots doh.gif . My thinking, if we accept the proposal, we will get back some money, hopefully all drool.gif . If we are against it, you know what happen when you fight with big fish. Turun court naik court, masuk meeting keluar meeting ... you get nothing.

I agree, I will vote for it, but we must set condition like 50% within first 30 days and another 50% in 6 month. Within 2 year is very risky. Anyway, I seeking DAP lawyer for advise.

David, after reading over n over again, I say we accept it. But 1 question still remain unanswered. 2012 dividend what happen? I need that $ to survive u know...now need to eat sand everyday...sad.gif nevertheless at least they informed us about this. If other scheme, I think the big boss already long gone...

I agree with chwong...2years seems like too long. 50% first, another 50 within 1 year sounds reasonable

From the look of it, we're not getting the dividend for 2012 whether or not the proposal is passed vmad.gif I really hope I'm wrong. Me like you and i believe many others, already have plans with the annual dividends icon_question.gif

Hope the minority grower power can change their payback plan, it is really risky to drag 2 yrs. I wish to get back my money in full even though without the 2012 dividend also...

so you guys will send bck the proxy form to vote "For" ? or still waiting for the DAP lawyer advise? anyone will lodge report to BN or trying to get other local authority to help in this case?

We should gather forces and report this to DAP since the scheme was endorsed by MCA's Woman chief and Tan Sri is BN's big cro*y. Also we should set 3 conditions for the CHGS.

1. They should pay out dividend 12% for last year without setting any condition whatsoever.

2. Refund 50% in 1 month and another 90% month in 6 months.

3. Tan Sri and his management to come out in public to explain and apologize to Growers for failing to live up grower's expectation

2. i think u mean 50% in 1 month and another 50% in 60 months....you 50% + 90% = 140% liau....they might as well announce wind up....LOL!
like the other poster said, getting back the full refund without the dividend, i'm ok with that...the 12% from last year is an icing on the cake....let's just hope for the best.
I'm voting "FOR" the proposal...in the meantime, loop in DAP lawyer and see what they think about this case...
I think they will be very interested to take a swap at huang nen nen....biggrin.gif

Make it big. Didn't see it reported by the media yet.

Do it before general election so that hopefully the politicians will do their best to help.

At least see what Ng Yen Yen can do after she endorsed the scheme to public

I second the suggestion of bringing in the DAP lawyer and blowing it up in the media.

let be clear to them
we vote for the proposal but with the dividend of 12%
and no excuses later to pay us in full and not 88%.

they may give us dividend and then say not enough to pay in full later because gave us dividends

Ya agreed ...2 year too long and high risk...
come back and think why 2 yaers.

2 years sufficient for them to access ,what is the risk by then ....
if by that time CHGS is pork a meat sure will fully take up the offer and
by right will fully refund us.
But if is a pork Bone what do you all think at that time ???

Maybe by that time the 2 years earning should be able to pay half of the growers money.

Good some highlight that we should try to set the condition on how the payment should be.
lets continue the discussion...
