This I'm not too worried. It's the same group for the hotel Palace of the golden horses.

I'm more worried on cannot sell it off >.<"

What we need to worry about is, we need to agree all their term and condition.
Mostly their term & condition is all protect to their site.
When you already bond by contract, it;s very difficult to release.
Must read carefully and understand everything before join.

They are doing audit now, they close the buying and selling
Also you will need to find your own buyer as they close the company buy and sell site

Your info better to be accurate. Don't simply spread rumour bear on hearsay otherwise
it'll land you in hot water as it concern investor's interest

Ya bro better be clear , after hearing your news my legs start to shake ....
Is diferrent wind up and buy back woh ???
wind up usually is not doing well and according to the bankruptcy law,
all the available funds will first pay to employee of the company and
follow by creditors and inevstors will be the second last or last woh ...

Where Buy back is diferrent, it can be doing extremely well or so so .
When buy back the company can gain 100% of the interest and more importantly
easier to make way forward for business decission .
off course a lot more consideration for taking into private ....

Do updates us if have more info.....
Thanks for your update .....

Officially it's buy back as per the conversation with office

But hearsay from people who knows people inside from 2 sources
Is that the plantation is not doing too well quite bad. This info quite believe able as the prospectus do mention

So wind up might be a possibility if the buy back is not approved. They need 70 percent to approved the buy back. Also buy back could be buying back at initial price only.
Also has no word yet on whether they are issuing dividend as per the office. Does not sound good

So best to come for the Agm on the 8 th feb.

According to the agreement signed, if the CPO is staying above RM2100, investors are entitled to 12% of dividend.
Obviously, the CPO prices were above RM2100 through out the year, so they should pay out at least 12% dividend smile.gif

There are various of these schemes. CHGS is one of the pioneer and by renown businessman. If this turn out to be a scam, we'll going to
buy their Dream City without paying single cent biggrin.gif

Have received the letter of meeting for Growers and it's confirmed that CHGS is in deep trouble!! The planting of palm oil faced many challenges and the board of directors decide to call a meeting for voluntary termination.
I hope they will refund the Grower's fee in a month and not in 2 years mad.gif Also please pay dividend for year 2012 which is due for growers. Never will I trust any stuff or investment from this Tan Sri again vmad.gif

i hope so too they can pay back asap and give out the 2012 dividends. However very likely if they can buy back the scheme, in about 2 -3 years time they will be making lots of money

oil plantation cycle is that profit is low until 7-8 years that is when the plantation trees are matured. From then until about 16 years will be making big bucks as the trees will be matured

so if chgs buys back then they dont have to pay dividends anymore and just enjoy the big bucks

can you helps us to list down what is on the note
so that all of us can see, sometimes the notice comes in late
